Southover Grange Celebratory Packages

Celebrate in style at Southover Grange with an add on package to enhance your day.

All packages include the cost of your Celebrant and Registrar for your ceremony.

Ceremony Packages are available seven days a week.

Your special day can include any of the following;

VIP Suite

  • Relax in style before your ceremony with exclusive use of our VIP Suite for up to 6 adults.
  • Enjoy a glass of champagne each (a non-alcoholic alternative is available on request)
  • You will be brought to the room via a different entrance, so your guests will not see you arrive.
  • Your pre-ceremony interview will be held here in private.
  • Photos can be taken in the beautiful VIP Suite and as you descend the magnificent stairs to your ceremony.

Receiving line and a prosecco toast

  • After the ceremony, your guests will be invited to cross the Grand Hall into the elegant Newton Room for a Drinks Toast.
  • There you can create a receiving line so your guests can congratulate you personally.
  • Our ceremonies Hosts will serve you and your guests with Prosecco, mulled wine or non-alcoholic alternatives as required.
  • Canapes also available.

Exclusive reception with wedding breakfast

  • After your ceremony, your guests will be invited into the elegant Newton Room for your Wedding Reception.
  • You will have exclusive use of the building for 5 hours (available 9am to 9pm Sunday to Thursday and from 4pm to 9pm on Friday and Saturday).
  • A seated lunch or dinner will be provided by one of our Approved Caterers (your caterer must be booked separately from our Approved Caterers List).
